The Bikram Yoga method is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 90-minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well being.

Avoid eating 2 hours before the class time as to give the body a safe period for digestion. As you begin to take class more regularly notice how your body responds to eating closer, or more distant from class time and then adjust this time as necessary for you. Make sure to drink enough water well before class to properly hydrate your body. Don’t tank up on too much water too close to class time!
Clothing: Wear something light and fitted such as a sports bra, short or swim wear. Avoid Sweats top, or bottom, long pants, heavy t-shirts as the room is heated to be a hot environment (105-110 degrees F, 40-42 degrees C).
Two large towels, one for class and one for showering after class if you wish.
Yoga Mat. If you don’t have one, no problem, we rent them for $2. e also sell Way Towel Mats.
Large bottle water (500ml-1.5L).?If not, we sell bottled water at the studio.
